Last week when I arrived at work we had to wade through water to get to our offices. During this time of the year we have what you call lunar or moon tides. The tides are higher than normal and especially when there is a storm in the Atlantic. Here are some pictures of the next day, although the tide didn't get as high as the day before.

That's so hard to believe that its normal to walk into work when it was just under water. I was showing Ben this pics and he can't believe you live there. He's impressed with the tropics of it..compared to here. I told him you wanna sell and move here and he said, "WHY? Do they know how cold it gets here?"
